The “Creating Successful Young Entrepreneurs” program has three principle ‘modules of learning’ including”

1.  Business & Entrepreneurial Skills

• Capturing Your Vision
• Planning and Goal Setting
• Effective Communication
• Performance Management and Leadership Effectiveness
• Management Strategies, and
• Information Management, Decision-Making and Problem Solving

2.  IT Innovation and Managing Workplace Information Systems

 Designed to assess and review how trends and innovation in IT can add value to business workplace
 information systems.

3.  Human Resource Development

Achieving business growth in areas of Recruitment, Selection, Induction and Retention of staff (skills        designed to help the Business Owner or Manager overcome the labour shortage in the Far North region.
