The purpose of any Supervisor Development Program (SDP) is to develop and enhance leadership and supervisory skills and to develop these skills to enhance and improve their job performance by building on their current strengths and skills.

Importantly, within this objective, we will also assist in developing the team synergy and ‘communication competence’ of your supervisory group thereby further enhancing their strengths and capabilities as a team. Our objective is to develop the skill and competency of each individual participant so that they may better meet productivity and organisational performance indicators, as well as develop their skills and range of competencies for future growth and potential.
