Team Building

Team cohesion is a critical factor in building effective teams – but it doesn’t just happen.  The purpose of our team building development program is to enhance and build upon the current team strengths that exist within your executive management or departmental groups.  This team cohesion will occur by considering, developing and improving the following crucial areas: 

• Understanding one another’s strengths and weaknesses;
• Open and effective communication;
• Conflict resolution & conflicts of interest;
• Decision-making; 
• Effective and essential feedback;
• Leadership;
• Creative thinking and planning, and 
• Understanding the “team purpose” and underpinning values.

Participants will have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of activities, both indoor and outdoor, and will discover their essential strengths and areas to be developed that combine to make a highly effective and functional team.
